I use Erlenmeyerr flasks to share nuts and candy at parties. People can not touch the candies in the flask but must pour the candies into their hands. I had used rubber stoppers but they have a nasty smell. The cork stoppers are completely odor free.

This grade is fine for anything I need it for, understanding that cork is organic natural structure is part of it. If I needed a functionally tighter seal, then rubber stoppers are always available. Quick delivery and well packed.

Quality level was questionable
Just like one other wrote, the quality for the extra select was questionable at best. Maybe I don't understand the levels but I expected them to be close to free of cracks. I'd hate to see the lesser grade. They worked perfectly for what we wanted them for. Great shipping.

Quality of Extra Select Corks
The size 14 Extra Select grade was not what I expected it to be. The Size 24 Extra Select could be much better. I wish the WidgetCo had spent more time selecting the Extra Select than what they did. Quality of corks is in question but shipping was very fast. Staff was excellent to work with.
