Good Quality Shelf Pins The hard part was determining the size of the pin. 5mm was the size I chose based on a 3/16 drill bit. Correct size, holds up my shelves. Can't be any happier.

Least expensive pins on the web! I searched all over and found these to be the least expensive 5mm L-pin anywhere. We use a ton of these so I bought them in bulk (1000). One thing to note is these don't have the hole drilled to put a screw through into the shelf. I rarely screw the shelves in so this wasn't an issue for me.

Good quality shelf pins We build and install high-end custom cabinetry and have been using these shelf pins for quite some time. They work good and we've had no complaints.

Glass shelving support The new shelf pins are stronger and support the 1/2 inch thick glass shelving in our hutch much better than the clear plastic pins we had before. We found that some of the plastic pins had fallen out because of the weight of the glass. The new metal pins saved the day.

5 Stars Just what I needed to extend the life of my kitchen shelves.

High quality I ordered 3/16" shelf pins via the intenet and had them within 3 days. A lot of merchants take up to a week just to ship out. Meanwhile, I was really pleased with the pins. They're solid and first class. Fin perfectly, and sorted correctly: No 1/4" pins tossed in with the 3/16".

Good Substitute! Not an exact match (those are no longer available), but are a good replacement for the ones the Movers lost during my recent move.

5mm nickel plated shelf pins Perfect for the bookcases I just bought...They replaced the little plastic shelf pins that came with the bookcases...using the metal ones made the shelf fit tighter so it wouldn't move so easily.I like the L shape, it gives the shelf more support. Great price too.

They saved my bacon! I had a structural plastic shelf bracket failure at my bookstore. This armageddon scenario - the first bookcase pancaking, scattering books everywhere on its way to the floor, put the fear of some hateful retribution brought down on me. I was there when it happened. Furthermore, my local Walmart had exactly four packages of 4 shelf pins to remedy the situation. 4 shelves worth = 1 bookcase. I needed a store-worth. Within 72 hours, based on some quick calculations, 500 5mm Nickel "L" Shelf Pins arrived and they proved highly superior to the pins offered locally. While I would prefer to buy locally, this was an emergency situation. I was worried that they wouldn't be the right hole size for my bookcase shelves. They are wonderful. They also fit more snuggly than the ones I was able to purchase right away.
