It's a cork, for goodness sake. I bought it to plug up a birdhouse. It was not expensive, shipped free, and arrived in a short amount of time. It remains to be seen if it will stand up to weather.

I needed a cork stopper for my father's 1950's or early 60's Stanley Thermos bottle. The first one I bought here was fine but too big. Having the wrong one helped me dial in the right size. Now I can use the Thermos we used a lot as kids on trips. We had two one for coffee, one for milk, for us kids in the back seat. Shipping did not take long and I think it was free.

I’ve tried all three grades and they all seem to be good but when it comes to topping off my homemade cashew “milk”, I prefer the size #20 extra select grade. It’s the perfect size and grade for the traditional glass milk bottles. They also look great!

I needed to replace what I thought was a cork liner in an antique English ink well. So I TOOk a careful measurement of the place where it used to fit, and ordered a cork which I cut to fit. Worked perfectly!!

Perfect fit based on the handy sizing information. Love the free shipping. We buy jars at thrift stores or antique stores and fill with sand and shells picked up on our beach adventures. Usually the jars don't have stoppers, and they are a variety of sizes, so we get the from WidgetCo. They have all the sizes we need!

Great corks. I always turn to WIDGETCO when I'm in need of a cork for something. I always buy a couple at a time and am building a stock of various sizes for future needs. I would like to see you offer a couple of assortments to get people's collections started. Even with a bunch of corks, I never have the size I need.

I am having issues fitting cork into a carafe. The problem I am having is determining the middle demension of your corks. You give the top and bottom demension of the corks, but not the middle. A cork should fit half way into the hole you want to fill. This way you will have half the cork above the hole so you could grasp the cork to remove it. I used a very accurate inside slide caliper to measure the hole. I have to return the 3 corks I purchased because they sit so low in the hole you can not remove them.
