How to Make a Return

We want you to be completely satisfied with your WidgetCo, Inc. products and service. If you need to make a return, you can initiate one through your WidgetCo account within 30 days.

Initiate a Return

1. Log in to My Account.
2. Locate the order you would like to return. Orders within the 30-day return window will be available for return.
3. Select the appropriate order and choose the option to initiate a return.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your return request.

Please return eligible merchandise unused and within the applicable 30-day return period.

Refunds

Once your eligible return is received and processed, we will refund the price paid for the returned merchandise to the credit card used for the purchase. Please allow up to 7 days for a refund to process after delivery.

Original shipping charges are not refundable. Return shipping charges may also apply.

Large Orders

Large freight orders refused or cancelled after shipment may be subject to a 20% restocking charge in addition to return shipping deduction.

Custom Manufactured Products

Custom manufactured products may be excluded from our standard return policy and may not be eligible for return.

Replacement Parts

If you need replacement parts, please place a new order through our website rather than initiating a return for replacement parts.
