Great pins, but ... I'm almost completely happy with these pins. Sturdy, attractive, styled so they can't work their way out of the holes - the shelf itself locks them in place. These are a great product, exactly what I ordered, and almost exactly what I wanted. Almost, There was one more measurement I didn't know to make. I got these handsome metal pins to replace plastic ones in some economy-priced kitchen cabinets. Part of the economy came from use of 1/2" particle board for the carcass, instead of the 3/4" I'm more used to. They seem sturdy enough, so I didn't think twice about it. The problem is that, because of the wall thickness, the holes for the shelf pins are only 7/32" deep, and the plastic pins I wanted to replace have pins that length. But it means these pins, fully inserted, have the 'L' a fat 1/4" away from the wall, rather than flush to it. That's not the fault of these handsome pins. I might go back and drill the holes deep enough that these pins will work - but I have more pressing work ahead of me. But it does mean that, for now, I can't use these handsome pins for the intended purpose. Widgeteers: If this shorter pin length becomes a common standard, I hop you'll broaden your product line. I really like everything I've gotten from you, but please understand my disappointment.

Great price. The nickel "L" shelf pins are a great price and should work fine. I did not notice when ordering, that they don't have a hole in the open face side of the bracket. I am used to those and would have preferred them. A lot of times I put a screw in the hole.

1/4" Nickel L shelf Pins The 1/4' Nickel L Shelf Pins are a great value for our shelves. We placed our Christmas dishes on our shelves and several of the old "Plastic shelf pins" had broken. Very lucky we didn't have a major issue. With the new Nickel L Pins the shelves had no problem supporting our dishes.
