The plugs arrived in a timely fashion. Sadly, the actual mushroom cap is larger than the original but I purchased enough to replace them all and have a few spares. Good purchase and good service.

When I ordered the wood plugs, I ordered 2 less than what I needed. I emailed WIDGETCO asking them to cancel the order so that I could re-order the proper amount of plugs. The return email informed me that the order had already been processed but they were shipping me the 2 plugs at no charge. Needless to say I was more that surprised and knew that I was dealing with a customer care company. Every product that I have purchased from WIDGETCO has been of excellent quality, exactly what I ordered and received promptly upon purchase. I recommend this company to everyone in need of their products.

Made my first order and to my surprise the item shipped same day and arrived ahead of schedule. The item was exactly as ordered. Doesn't get better than that.

Product is what was expected. The fit and finish was excellent and they arrived promptly. I would recommend this product if no other source of supply is available. The HIGH "shipping and handling" fees added on to the price of the product (which was nearly 100%) is not justifiable.

Ordered some wood plugs for my stair rail, they were very "well" made, nice finish taper and the color was perfect!

Hard to find these in any stores, I needed 5/8" size. Glad to find this website and ordered a few extra to keep handy. Overall good pricing and delivery was failry quick.

I ordered 4 plugs and one was bad. The company sent me two more within less than a week. I cannot give them a "5 star" because one was bad in the first order.

3 of the 4 ordered were perfect. The fourth was improperly formed and had a flattened top.

Just what I needed. Couldn't find the 5/8, so looked on line and was surprised to find them so reasonable even with shipping and the got here so quickly.

I could not find these at either of our big box stores nor at the local helpful hardware store. It seems 5/8 inch is not very popular around town though every other size is. I was expecting to have to order 100 minimum but that was not the case. I only needed 5 but ordered 6 (because that's the way my life works) and I was not disappointed. The oak grain matched my newel post perfectly and what else can you say about wood plugs...they did exactly what I wanted them to do and that's perfect in my book.

5/8" are hard to come by around here. Your website had all the Info that I need and you ship when you said that you would. Good price & product.

At first when I ordered them I was uncertain about the size. After measuring the hole size to be 5/8 I went ahead and ordered 10. When I received them again I was uncertain but once I placed them in the right place. That was it. They were perfect. Thank you WIDGETCO. Wonderful.

Fantastic, prompt service on a difficult to find item in my area.

I had a hard time finding 5/8" buttons, much less in oak. While my order was a small one, it was treated with the same courtesy and speed as any other order.

Although a 5/8" oak button sounds common, I could not find it in the Detroit market. WidgetCo carries it in stock, and it was shipped the same day as I placed my order. Perfect!

I only ordered 2 of the 5/8" Oak plugs for a small project. They arrived very quickly, are of good quality, and met my expectations. The shipping was $3.99 and the plugs were only 40 cents, but the not outrageous "small order" shipping cost made it feasible to buy them this way. I quickly and easily got exactly what I needed without having to buy anything extra, and did not have to drive around trying to find what I needed. That was well worth the $3.99 shipping for the two 20 cent plugs.
