1" Oak Button Top Wood Plugs

The one inch oak plugs to cover the bolt holes in a log bed just popped into place and were secure and looked good. What else could I ask for?

Exactly what I was looking for, and shipped very quick. I ordered several diameters. For me the taper was critical. The lead-in diameter was about 0.010" smaller than nominal, and the finish fitting diameter was about 0.005" above nominal. It makes for an absolutely perfect fit when matched with a forstner bit - exactly what I was looking for. Additionally, I was amazed that you can get any quantity you want. Fair price too! Very satisfied customer!

Buttons were exactly what I was looking for, for my spiral staircase. Thanks for the accurate description.

I have used these plugs for Several years. I drill a 1" X 3/16" deep hole in the Bottom of my 19th Century Reproduction Blanket Chest corner leg/foot to act as a floor contact point. I coat the hole an the button base with Titebond II and tap into place with a hard plastic mallet. On a very rare occasion the lip will break and I am considering using Maple in the future. Their shape and quality is consistent and very high.

I have a kitchen cart that had lost 2 buttons and had just resigned myself to not replacing them. I was thrilled to find these online and the turnaround time was great.

I had been looking for 1" oak wood button plugs for many months since Home Depot/Lowe's stopped selling them. I only needed a very small quantity and expected to wait for weeks before delivery. I have been looking for this plug for years. This was used to plug a hole in our coffee table that has been missing for years. My wife told me I was wasting my time and money and it would look terrible. She was so amazed and said that it looked better than the ones that came with it. Enough said.
