How to make a return
We want you to be completely satisfied with our products and service. As a result, we offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied, simply return the entire order to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund* you the price you paid for the merchandise, less shipping. Cork Underlayment and Cork Squares need to be in original cartons, sealed and in unused condition to be refunded.

How refunds are applied
