These plugs were a perfect 3/8 and fit tightly in the holes that were drilled in my project for them. Would highly recommend them.

3/8" teak plugs
I found the plugs to be undersized. There was a very slight interference fit when pressed into a 3/8" hole, but I could very easily push the plugs in with my thumb. Some of the plugs had no interference at all and simply 'fell in'. I coated the plugs with varnish, and waited 24 hours before using a sharp wood chisel and sandpaper to finish the project. Several bungs came out, and had to be reinstalled with wood glue. This shouldn't be. Plugs should require a light tap with a mallet, and should not come out during the finish process. I am a pretty experienced wood worker and was somewhat disappointed with the product.
