I only ordered one. It came late and you sent a 2nd one because I hadn't received the first one yet. Then you asked that I return the 2nd cork when it came, which I did today. But really? For a $1+ valued cork? Not good PR, plus your staff will go through the cost of unpacking and restocking. Not good management. It would have been far better if you had just said "Keep it with our apology for the order delay and appreciation for your business." [From WIDGETCO: Thank you for the feedback....we will give it serious consideration.]
