I am particular about my woodworking. I was frustrated and disappointed when, after a 20 min hunt in a famous orange box I finally came home with what was labeled as 3/8 wood plugs. When these were placed in the 3/8 holes I carefully drilled with my forstner bit and drill press they fell into place. If inverted they fell out. Perhaps they were really 5/16? I don't care. I then ordered 3/8 plugs from WIDGETCO. Two days later they arrived and found a precise snug home where they now protect my project from the elements. I have never been disappointed with the many "little" products from WIDGETCO and I have now learned my lesson. There are no short cuts; there are no "bargains."
