Where's My Order?

You may track your order by logging into your My Account at top right of this page. Then click "See Orders". If you order has shipped, a tracking number should appear in a column to the right titled "Tracking Numbers". We also email tracking numbers to you when your order ships. Please copy and paste any tracking number into Google for current information. If your feel there is a problem with your order, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and concern.
We ship very quickly, but if your order has not shipped, please email email@example.com with your confirmation number so we can cancel your order. If your order has shipped by FedEx, you can refuse delivery and we will refund your order when returned. USPS shipments can be returned unopened by marking package "return to sender". Delivered packages need to be returned as instructed at How to Make a Return.
Problem With My Order
If you order was missing, damaged or wrong, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order confirmation number and a description of the problem.
We want you to be satisfied so we offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee. You may return unused products to us within 30 days for a full refund less shipping. For more information, visit How to Make a Return. Some restrictions apply.
Please just return the parts to "Attn Refund Dept" and include a copy of the Picking Ticket that came with the package. We will refund your credit card when received. If you decide to order another part, please feel free to do so via our website and we can ship it out right away. If somehow the error was ours, please email email@example.com to describe the problem so we can work on a remedy.
We do not have an assortment bag of stoppers, but you are welcome to create your own assortment on our website by selecting just the number of items in each per size you need.
We offer flat rate shipping of $4.95 within the USA and free shipping for most USA orders over $40. Express shipping is also available upon checkout. We also ship internationally. I'm sorry, but we are not able to send out free samples. However, we do not have a minimum order requirement and only $4.95 flat rate shipping. Orders over $40 have free shipping. Also, we have a 30 day satisfaction guarantee so the parts could be returned for a full refund if they do not work out. Should you decide to proceed, you may order directly off our website at WIDGETCO®.
Sorry, we do not handle open accounts, only credit card transactions. We can certainly process any order that we can charge to a Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal or Google Checkout. These options are all available when checking out online.
